Job Description:
-Manage full-cycle recruiting process.
-Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define role requirements.
-Source candidates using a variety of methods (job boards, social media, referrals, networking events, etc.).
-Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit.
-Coordinate interviews and guide candidates through the recruitment process.
-Maintain accurate and organized candidate records.
-Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
-Promote a positive candidate experience.
Requirements:
-Minimum of 8 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
-Healthcare recruiting experience
