As the social media Intern you will support our hiring, sales generation, and business development efforts by creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, and analyzing performance metrics. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media, has a keen eye for detail, and is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Location : Support Center, 6600 S Bermuda Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89119

Schedule : Part-Time, 20-30 hours per week

Pay: $18 - $19

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and curate engaging content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
  • Assist in the creation and execution of social media campaigns to support hiring, sales, and business development goals.
  • Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize content and campaigns.
  • Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the development of social media calendars and content schedules.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn about social media marketing.
