The Apple TV+ team is seeking a highly organized, motivated and resourceful individual capable of excelling in a fast-paced environment to join our team as a Sr. Manager, Corporate Communications. In this role, you will develop and deliver strategic communications for Apple's original video subscription service, Apple TV+, featuring original shows, movies and documentaries from the world's most creative storytellers.

Description

The experienced Sr. Manager, Corporate Communications will develop and deliver strategic communications plans across the Apple TV+ original programming slate, including planning and executing announcements, program deals and momentum activities for Apple's streaming service, including writing and developing thoughtful pitches and press materials, drafting and managing announcements, media briefings, and identifying and handling issues across global productions in a continuous news cycle. The role will collaborate with production partners, producers, talent representatives and executives to accomplish goals, as well as simplify key priorities and opportunities. The position will also execute projects with steadfast attention to detail and a deep understanding of the customer experience, and translate that into highly relevant and engaging communications.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum of 15+ years of experience in corporate communications, with strong relationships in the entertainment, trade, business and consumer space, along with a proven track record developing and placing stories
  • Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in corporate communications within the entertainment industry
  • Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience leading corporate communications at a film or television studio, network or streaming platform, or at a PR agency specifically servicing film/television studios, networks or streaming programming
  • Experience developing and delivering corporate communications, programming partnerships, launches and momentum programs
  • Established, positive relationships in the entertainment, trade, business and consumer space, along with a proven track record of developing and placing stories
  • Effective collaborator capable of working cross functionally across teams and geographies
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to lead multiple projects and thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Adept at leading communications from start to finish
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, able to develop pitches and press materials
  • Ability to quickly analyze media coverage and sentiment and apply insights
  • Previous experience in driving successful communications programs in entertainment
  • Ability to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment under short timelines
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-starter who can demonstrate creative and critical thinking abilities and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of the industry trends and television/film landscape
Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $182,000 and $274,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You'll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses including tuition. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments as well as relocation.
