We’re hiring a full-time Studio Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across both Maitland and Winter Garden studios, elevate the client experience, and drive performance through smart systems and people leadership.

• Own and streamline daily operations: scheduling, systems, supplies, staff accountability
• Oversee and elevate the client journey: from first class to long-term loyalty
• Lead front desk and instructor teams with clear KPIs, energy, and presence
• Track metrics: retention, churn, revenue per client, class attendance
• Collaborate with ownership weekly to drive growth and operational excellence
• Create a culture of excellence and warmth that reflects the Soteria brand

• You’ve managed a team before and thrive on leadership and structure
• You’re people-first, but process-driven — you bring both warmth and efficiency
• You’ve worked in fitness, wellness, hospitality, or boutique retail
• You’re fluent in scheduling software (Mindbody a plus) and know how to manage retention, rosters, and renewals
• You’re a self-starter who doesn’t wait to be told what needs to be done — you see it and do it

• Base salary: $60,000–$70,000
• Performance bonuses based on revenue & retention goals
