Job Details

• Prepare and review complex federal and state fiduciary tax returns, including Forms 706, 709, 1041, and 541
• Manage trust funding and allocation strategies
• Support attorneys and fiduciaries with tax planning related to estate and trust administration
• Collaborate with attorneys on IRS and state audits, as well as tax notices
• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state tax deadlines and regulations

Looking For

• Be CA Based
• Active CPA License
• 4+ years of experience in trust and estate taxation
• Extensive experience preparing fiduciary and estate/gift tax returns (Forms 706, 709, 1041, and 541)
• Proficient in fiduciary accounting and trust funding
