Competitive Base Salary Up to $140k (DOE) Quarterly Bonus Incentives Comprehensive Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Matching 401(k), PTO Flexible Work Model – Open to Fully Remote Candidates Collaborative, Team-Based Environment Job Details Prepare/review IRS Forms 706 (Estate), 709 (Gift), 1041 (Fiduciary), and CA Form 541 Support post-death tax planning, trust funding, and sub-trust allocations Analyze estate documents and tax implications Collaborate with fiduciaries, attorneys, and financial advisors Handle IRS/state notices and assist with audits Conduct research on estate, gift, fiduciary, and GST issues Looking For Active CPA license 4+ years’ trust and estate tax experience (including some exp. with 706, 709, 1041, 541 - minimally 2 of these) Proficient with tax software (e.g., Lacerte, CCH Axcess) Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Based in CA (or open to remote work with CA clients) Interested in hearing more?
