Position Overview:
Upstate Niagara Cooperative is seeking a strategic and hands-on SAP Training Lead and Project Manager to lead end-user training for our SAP implementation and integration with our LMS. This role manages training planning, content development, stakeholder engagement, and rollout across all sites. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP, LMS administration, project management, and change enablement (Prosci/ADKAR). Post-SAP, this role supports Learning & Development training initiatives, organizational change, curriculum planning and development, and workshop facilitation.

Pay: $110,000-$140,000 per year*
*The salary range indicated in this posting represents the minimum and maximum of the salary range for this position. Actual salary will vary depending on factors including, but not limited to, budget available, prior experience, knowledge, skill and education as they relate to the position’s qualifications, in addition to internal equity. The posted salary range reflects just one component of our total rewards package.
