Job Title:  Training Manager of Continuous Improvement

Location:  Remote/Hybrid (up to 10% travel - Must live in Washington or Idaho)

Salary Range:  $105,000 - $110,000 (DOE)

Benefits:  Medical/Dental/Vision, Paid Time Off, 401(k)

The Seer Group is seeking a  Training Manager of Continuous Improvement  to lead the design, implementation, and sustainability of training strategies across our organization. This full-time position offers a dynamic opportunity to enhance organizational performance and employee development.

You’ll partner closely with key stakeholders to assess training needs, develop best-in-class programs, and drive measurable improvements across the business. With a strong focus on lean principles and continuous improvement, you’ll be the architect behind initiatives that transform knowledge into action.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Designing and delivering scalable training programs focused on process improvement, operational efficiency, and employee upskilling.
  • Evaluating current training processes and identifying gaps and opportunities for innovation.
  • Collaborating across departments to ensure alignment of training efforts with business goals.
  • Leading workshops and training sessions, both in-person and virtual.
  • Measuring the impact of training through KPIs and continuous feedback loops.

Qualifications:

  • 5–8 years of experience  in training, learning & development, or continuous improvement, including 3+ years in a leadership role .
  • Strong background in  operations-driven environments  such as HVAC, construction, logistics, or manufacturing.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and delivering training using various formats (e-learning, instructor-led, hybrid).
  • Proven ability to lead  process improvement  initiatives and facilitate change.
  • Bachelor’s degree  in Business, Education, Organizational Development, Industrial Engineering, or related field. (Master’s degree is a plus.)
  • Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen training/certification  preferred (Green Belt or higher strongly valued).
  • Professional certifications such as  ATD APTD/CPTD , or instructional design credentials are a plus.
  • Familiarity with  LMS platforms , adult learning principles, and training measurement models (e.g., Kirkpatrick).
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset to track and evaluate training effectiveness.
