Overview:

Seeking a detail-oriented Report Writer to join our team. This role is primarily focused on compiling reports rather than administrative business functions. The ideal candidate must be highly accurate, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate placement of images within reports based on provided forms.
• Perform administrative tasks with a high level of efficiency.
• Properly respond to emails in a professional manner.
• Operate and manage PDFs effectively.
• Perform data entry tasks with precision.
• Work with site leads and supervisors to quickly get up to speed on report compilation.
• Assist with occasional shipping and receiving of parts as needed.

Requirements:

• Strong English language skills (written and verbal).
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Experience in administrative support and data entry.
• No degree required.
