We just locked up 22 deals under contract . Closer #1 has 10. Closer #2 has 12. Both are on track for $20,000+ in commissions this month . Now, we’re expanding — it’s time to find Closer #3 .

We are Yellow Card Properties , a small but lethal real estate acquisitions company in Northeast Florida. We’re on a mission to become the #1 acquisitions team in the country , and to do that, we’re building our own version of the Avengers — a team of elite closers who win together .

🚀 What We Do:

We’re not agents. We don’t list homes.

We buy houses directly from sellers.

You’ll speak with warm, inbound leads — people who call us . We spend $20K–$30K/month per closer to bring in motivated sellers who want to sell now. That means no cold calling, no door knocking, no asking friends and family.

Your job?

Talk to them. Help them. Get the deal signed.

Once the agreement is signed, our operations team takes it from there.

🧠 What We Don’t Want:

You don’t need sales experience. Actually, we prefer if you don’t.

Our sales psychology is nothing like the pressure-heavy stuff you might be used to. If you do have experience, you’ll need to unlearn it. One of our top closers came in with a traditional sales background and had to work twice as hard to break his habits — but now he’s absolutely crushing.

⚡ Expectations:

• Answer inbound seller calls before 8:00 PM Monday–Saturday (we don’t work Sundays).
• No licenses required.
• You’ll be in the office 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (with a 1-hour lunch).
• We do not tolerate flakiness.
• We do expect fast responses and a growth mindset.

Every call is worth about $300 — this is not an exaggeration. If you’re someone who won’t pick up your phone after hours, don’t apply .

📈 Compensation:

• Base Salary : $24,000–$36,000/year
• Total Expected Earnings : $120,000+/year (base + commissions)
• Top Performers : $200,000+/year
• You’ll earn based on performance, with no cap.
