Our direct client is looking for someone to join the Project Management team to understand of technical requirements and manage timelines, budgets and resources for digital projects (Mobile apps, complex website builds, print, email) across multiple clients.

This is a permanent Full-time. The team is located in lower Manhattan New York City , and the role is on-site 3-4 days/week.

Digital Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Drive complex large scale client projects from initial scoping to final delivery
• Encompassing strategy, analytics, creative design, production, development, branding, and deployment.
• Evaluate client requests to define project scope, ensuring efficient effort allocation and exceptional execution.
• Manage project timelines and prioritize tasks across multiple clients and projects, proactively communicating technical requirements and removing roadblocks to ensure team alignment.
• Lead internal standups and client status meetings, documenting outcomes, outlining next steps, and facilitating progress.

Digital Project Manager Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience collaborating with Creative and Development teams, managing website and digital product projects from initial concept to successful launch.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira, Airtable, Notion).
• Familiarity with Project Management methodologies (e.g., PMI certification, PMP, Agile, etc).
• Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience contributing to new business efforts, including pitch deck development, project scoping, and responding to RFPs/RFQs.
