Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Manage continuous improvement of environmental, health, and safety programs across the company's operations.
• Work with Operations, Executive Leadership, Site Managers, and Cross-Functional teams to ensure the organization maintains the highest standards of workplace safety.
• Oversee the use of Vector EHS software for managing EHS performance.
• Ensure comprehensive environmental, health, and safety programs are being executed to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Serve as an environmental steward and keep up to date on regulatory compliance items that can affect operations.
• Foster a positive safety culture across the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Requires at least 7-10 years of manufacturing experience.
• CSP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation skills to senior executives.
• Must have experience with Vector EHS software.
