💵 Pay Rate: $19.17/hour

🕒 Schedule: Full-Time | Days and shifts vary based on business needs

📋 Position Overview:

As a Laundry Supervisor , you will be responsible for overseeing daily laundry operations and ensuring production standards are met. In the absence of the Laundry Manager, you will step in to manage the department. You will report directly to the Hotel Laundry Manager.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of laundry staff
• Train, schedule, and track attendance for team members
• Report production discrepancies and equipment issues promptly
• Assist with laundry operations as needed across all stations
• Monitor and maintain high-quality standards for cleanliness
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Perform additional duties as assigned

✅ Requirements:

• Ability to operate computers and computerized equipment
• Experience with commercial laundry operations and cleaning chemicals
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Able to remain calm and focused under pressure
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience preferred
