Job Summary:

We are seeking a self-motivated and customer-focused Mail & Package Services Associate to support daily mail operations on a large campus. This role involves sorting and processing packages, delivering mail, and maintaining excellent service standards. The position is physically active and requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Sort and process incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Deliver mail and packages throughout the campus on foot
• Provide excellent customer service while interacting with internal recipients
• Maintain records of deliveries and report issues as needed
• Perform physical tasks including lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods
• Ensure all package handling complies with company procedures
• Follow the required dress code (casual attire with Nike or unbranded footwear)
• Use lifting assistance for items over 50 lbs as needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
• Maintain a clean and organized mailroom and delivery area

Required Skills:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and stay productive
• Physically capable of extensive walking and standing
• High attention to detail and dependability
• Willingness to follow dress code guidelines

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in mailroom, package handling, or customer service roles
• Familiarity with campus or large facility navigation

Education:

High School Diploma or GED preferred
