Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Therapist Aide to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone with an interest in working with children and supporting therapists in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

The Therapist Aide plays a vital role in helping our therapists provide the best possible care by assisting with a variety of tasks, including:

  • Assisting therapists during therapy sessions as needed.
  • Cleaning and sanitizing therapy equipment, materials, and treatment areas.
  • Preparing and organizing materials for therapy sessions.
  • Supporting therapists in session planning by gathering supplies and resources.
  • Creating and assembling therapy materials such as visual aids, communication boards, or activity sheets.
  • Documenting and tracking prepared materials, cleaning schedules, and inventory.
  • Providing general support to therapists to ensure sessions run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks, as requested

Qualifications:

  • No formal education or certification is required.
  • Interest in working with children and supporting their development.
  • Experience working with children (e.g., babysitting, volunteer work, daycare, etc.) is preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Willingness to follow instructions and learn new skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
  • Friendly, positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to lift and move therapy equipment or materials as needed.
