Description At Salud Para La Gente, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Provider Recruiter to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sourcing and talent strategy to attract top physicians, psychiatrists, Dentists, PAs, and NPs to our Clinics. Responsibilities Create a multi-channel sourcing approach for clinical positions, including relationships with residency and nursing programs, industry events, social media sourcing, direct sourcing/cold calling, and digital campaigns. Establish a pipeline of talented clinicians for current and future needs. Manage and support the recruitment team, fostering collaboration with other departments and stakeholders. Achieve sourcing and hiring goals for yourself and the team. Build relationships with clinical hiring leaders and external partners. Develop systems for candidate management using ATS and sourcing tools. Utilize a proactive 'hunter' mentality to find high-caliber candidates through various channels. Stay current on clinical hiring trends, compensation, and industry changes. Work with leadership to improve candidate and clinician experience. Minimum Qualifications Extensive physician and provider recruitment experience with a proven closing record. Experience recruiting physicians, psychiatrists, dentists, PAs, NPs, and nursing staff is a plus. Strong research, cold calling, and marketplace awareness skills. Excellent communication and credibility at all organizational levels. Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented. Experience with CRM, ATS, and data reporting. Negotiation and closing experience for provider contracts. Growth mindset and action-oriented in a fast-growing environment. Proficiency in MS Office, ATS (Paylocity preferred), project management, and Boolean search strategies. Experience developing sourcing campaigns across multiple channels. Data management skills and experience with virtual/in-person events. Critical thinking, problem-solving, professional demeanor, and team leadership experience. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Physical Demands Prolonged computer use, sitting, walking, standing, communication, and handling office equipment.
