Job Title: Recruiter (Manufacturing Positions)

Location: On-Site – Travel Required to Local Sites (within 30-minute radius)

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruiter to support hiring for one of the world’s most iconic chocolate manufacturers. This full-time, on-site opportunity is offered through Hudson RPO , where you’ll play a key role in sourcing and hiring top manufacturing talent across multiple production facilities within a 30-minute radius .

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing roles, including production, maintenance, and plant-based positions
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and build pipelines of qualified candidates
• Source candidates through diverse channels: job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
• Conduct screening interviews, schedule interviews, and guide candidates through the recruitment process
• Travel between local manufacturing sites (within approximately 30 minutes) to support recruitment needs
• Ensure a seamless, professional, and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–4 years of recruitment experience, ideally in manufacturing, industrial, or high-volume environments
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills with a solutions-oriented approach
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building abilities
• Willingness to work on-site and travel locally between manufacturing facilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment setting
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred
