Job Title: Research Associate

We are looking for a dedicated Research Associate to support laboratory experiments and process development. You will operate automation systems, assist with lab tasks, and analyze and report experimental data. Your contributions will ensure smooth lab operations and effective communication of results.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific field (e.g., Biology, Biochemistry, Engineering).

• 1-3 years of laboratory experience, including basic techniques (e.g., pipetting, reagent preparation).

• Experience with laboratory automation or advanced equipment is a plus.

• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Desired Skills and Experience

Education and Experience
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Biology, Biochemistry, Bioengineering, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a closely related discipline.

1-3 years of relevant professional experience in a laboratory or related setting.

Hands-on laboratory experience, including basic laboratory techniques (e.g., pipetting, weighing, and buffer preparation).

Experience in biologics and viral vector production, particularly in downstream processing, is advantageous.

Skills and Technical Expertise
Proficiency with laboratory automation or specialized equipment, including robotic liquid handlers and similar technologies.

Familiarity with programming or coding, especially in languages such as Python, Visual Basic, C++, or MatLab, is beneficial.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and track complex data efficiently.

Advanced computer and scientific software skills.

Work Style and Communication
Demonstrated ability to work independently, managing time and resources effectively.

Ability to communicate scientific findings clearly and concisely to various stakeholders.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proven ability to multitask and work well both independently and within a team.
