Sr. SAP Security Analyst LaSalle Network is partnering with a respected industry leader to recruit a Senior SAP Security Analyst who will lead the charge on safeguarding enterprise systems. Senior SAP Security Analyst Responsibilities: Lead SAP security strategy, design, and implementation across systems including ECC, S4, GRC, Access Control, and Fiori Ensure user access is compliant, secure, and aligned with business roles Drive automation through Active Directory Group Administration and onboarding/offboarding workflows Develop SAP job role matrices and enforce segregation of duties Collaborate with IT, audit, and compliance teams to align with regulatory requirements Mentor and guide security team members to ensure cross-functional knowledge and support Manage escalations, conduct audits, and ensure GRC and ETD controls are optimized Stay current with industry trends and enhance security architecture accordingly Senior SAP Security Analyst Requirements: Bachelor's degree is preferred 5 years of SAP Security experience with a deep understanding of SAP ECC, SAP S/4 HANA, SAP HCM, GRC, Fiori , and cloud applications are required. 7 years in IT or Security are required. Experience in high-volume, complex environments-manufacturing or CPG preferred Hands-on expertise with user lifecycle management, RBAC, SOD, audit testing, and SAP GRC tools Must be a great/clear communicator with strong problem-solving skills and business acumen Industry-recognized SAP Security certification preferred Join a culture that supports growth, values innovation, and moves fast.
