Job Overview: A Boston-based law firm is actively seeking an experienced attorney with a deep understanding of federal and state taxation issues. The ideal candidate will handle complex tax controversy matters, offer strategic tax guidance for a range of transactions, and advise on compliance related to international reporting obligations.
